Paul Edgar Bartholomew, age 44 of Joplin, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Freeman Hospital following a sudden illness.
Paul was born on September 29, 1970 to the late Ed Bartholomew and Gloria Jean Shaver Bartholomew in Neosho, Missouri. He has lived most of his life in the southwest Missouri area. Paul owned and operated ASAP Heating and Air and previously worked for The Hunte Corporation as a Purchasing Manager. They attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church of Joplin.
He married Louise Hunte on February 3, 1997 in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of the home with their two boys, Andrew Paul and Hunter Paul Bartholomew.
Additional survivors include a brother, John Bartholomew of Anderson, Missouri; grandmother, Tressie Shaver of Granby, Missouri; plus many extended family and friends that will miss Paul greatly.
Other than his parents, Paul is preceded in death by a grandfather, Amos Shaver and a grandmother, Eva Nelson.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, May 5th at 7:00 p.m. at The Hunte Corporation Learning Center at 121 N. Royhill, Goodman, Missouri. Rev. Jeremie Bridges will be officiating.
Family request any plants or flowers be sent to The Hunte Corporation for service.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
