She was born January 15, 1934 in Barton County, Missouri to Elvage and Effie (Glenn) Duncan. Wilma worked as a waitress for several area restaurants. and was a member of the Grand Avenue Church of God, Carthage, MO..
Wilma was united in marriage to Marion Bruffett Jr. on September 24, 1954. He preceded her in death on March 9, 2010. Survivors include one son, Mark Bruffett. of Jasper, MO.. One daughter, Jane Adams (Jeff) of Neosho, MO.. Three brothers, Tom Duncan of Lamar, MO., John Duncan of Valley Center, Kansas and Linley Duncan of Springdale, Arkansas One sister, Effie Mae Heiskell of Golden City, MO.. Three grandchildren, and Five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2015 at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, MO.. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, MO.. Burial will be in Hackney Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Cancer Society.
