Polly Paige Clemmons, age 54, Joplin, Missouri passed away June 12, 2017 following months of declining health.
She was born January 21, 1963 in Cedar County/El Dorado Springs, Missouri.
She worked as a price tagger for DAV.
She is survived by two daughters, Sasha and Cassandra Handorf, both of Joplin, Missouri and one sister Linda Clemmons.
No services are planned.
Cremation arrangements under the direction of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary.
