James R. Manning, Sr., age 93 of Joplin, passed away at 1:49 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2017 at Mercy Hospital.
James was born March 12, 1924 in Martin City, Missouri to the late John F. Manning and Willa Lou Daniles Manning.
He retired from Braeckel's as a cabinet maker after many years of service. James was a member of the United States Army and served during World War II.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
