Jessie Lee Owen, 86 years, of Pineville, Missouri was called to heaven on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Grove Nursing Center in Grove, Oklahoma.
Jessie was born on October 24, 1931 in Noel, Missouri to the late Lonnie E. and Pearley Minnie (Carr) Owen. He enjoyed gardening, playing dominoes, planting flowers and feeding the birds. Jessie proudly served his country in the United States Army serving in the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Virginia and Audell; siblings, Floyd Owen, Lillie Roundtree, David Owen, Nadine Cupp and Leon Owen.
Jessie is survived by his siblings, Carl Owen of Denver, Colorado, Susan Schell and Lorine Allen; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss Jessie.
Graveside funeral services for Jessie Owen will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, November 24, 2017 at the Brush Creek Cemetery in Noel, Missouri, with full military honors.
