Ron D. Cook, age 63, of Joplin, MO, passed away from a short illness on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at home surrounded by family.
Ron was born August 4, 1955, in Joplin to the late Irven and Marjorie Cook. He is also preceded in death by brother, Bill Cook.He is survived by wife, Janet (Hawkins) Cook, son, Wesley Cook, and grandson, Bradlee Cook all of Joplin.
Ron loved spending time with family, especially his grandson, hunting, fishing, and camping.A celebration of life will be held Friday, March 29, from 6-8 pm at Route 66 Events Center, 21 S Webb, Webb City, MO.Special thanks to Hospice Compassus. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with arrangements.
Arrangements are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home, Webb City.
