William Robert Gentry, 68, passed away March 28, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. William was born May 22, 1950 in Aurora, CO to Lloyd and Alberta “Rose” Gentry. William managed casinos and radio stations throughout the United States.
William was united in marriage to Madeleine Buck on February 17, 2004 in Las Vegas, NV; she survives.
William is also survived by two sons, Charles and Christopher Gentry; one daughter Laura Gentry; and one sister Linda Harris.
The body has been taken for cremation, and a private family service will be held at a later date.
