Gladys Osorio, 53 passed away April 5, 2019 at her home in Carthage, Missouri. Gladys was born November 29, 1965 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras to Jose Reynaldo Osorio and Gladys Godoy.
Gladys was a translator and worked for the Carthage R-9 School District. She was a member of the Alpha-Omega Covenant church of Carthage.
Gladys is survived by three daughters Mariela Alverez of Honduras, Kimberly Avalos of Carthage, and Danielle Avalos of Carthage, two sons Walter Avalos of St. Louis, and Jose-Carlos Alvarez of Honduras, one sister Lucinda Carias Godoy and one brother Andres Carias Godoy both of Honduras, three grandchildren Gabriel, Denise and Isabella.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday April 8, 2019 at Ulmer Funeral Home. Burial will be held in San Juancito cemetery Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Online condolences can be made at www.ulmerfh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
