Larry Norman Fausett, Sr., 76, Neosho, MO entered into rest April 11, 2019. He was born Sept. 13, 1942 in Neosho, MO to Walter R. and Marjorie (Bales) Fausett.
Larry was a lifelong resident of the Neosho area, graduating Neosho High School in 1961. He served in the US Navy from 1962-1965. He was co-owner of Fausett Greenhouse, which started in Neosho in 1972. Larry was a member of the Neosho United Methodist Church and American Legion Post 163 in Neosho. He loved to do woodworking, and being with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Larry and Patricia “Pat” Campbell were married Aug. 17, 1963 in Carterville, MO; she survives of the home.
He is also survived by his mother, Marjorie Fausett; two children: Garry Fausett and wife, Kathy and Teresa Jennings and husband, David, all of Neosho; five siblings: Susan Thogmartin, Sally Williams, Sara Clausen (Mark), Sandy Brumback (David), and Shaun Severs (Roland); seven grandchildren: Kyle Fausett, Alexis Fausett, Bailey Paullus (Chris), Garrick Fausett, Shelby Mustain (Randy), Kelli Jennings, and Michael Jennings; eight great grandchildren: Brooklynn Crandall, McKinley Mustain, Dixon Mustain, Emerson Mustain, Kittauna Shallenburger, Ryken Shallenburger, Alara Jennings, and Bekett Jennings; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends whom he considered as his own children: Darren Peoples (Rosetta), Morgan Renner (Trae) and Blake, Jamie Berry (Ron), Peyton and Kennedy.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Walter; brother, Kelly; and one son, Larry, Jr.
Graveside services, with full military honors, will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at IOOF Cemetery, Neosho, MO. The family will have a time of visitation on Monday, April 15, 2019 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO.
