(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Marvin F. Yost, 86, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Carthage Health & Rehab. Marvin was born March 11, 1934 in Commerce, OK to Willis and Elva (Seymour) Yost. Prior to retirement, Marvin worked in maintenance at the Northpark Mall.
Marvin is survived by two brothers, J.W. Yost of Carthage and Ken Yost of Oklahoma City, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Erma Olivetti in 2020 and Wilda Bond in 2012.
According to Marvin’s wishes, the body has been taken for cremation, with a family gathering at a later date.
