(From Parker Mortuary)Alpina D. Felix, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025, at the age of 45. She was born on July 1, 1980, in the lush and vibrant island of Pohnpei, to Andonia Paul and the late Alpha Dolon.
Alpina's infectious laugh and radiant smile were a source of light and comfort to all who knew her. Her unwavering optimism and her deep-rooted faith were as much a part of her as the air she breathed. Friends and family often spoke of Alpina's ability to see the good in every situation, a quality that drew people to her and made her a beloved figure in her community.
She is survived by her husband, Wanden Felix; children, Walden Etse and Jaiden Felix; mother, Andonia Paul Dolon; siblings, Akihm Paul, Mihpel Dolon, Jackson Dolon, Memory Dolon, Apaisang Dolon, Annie Dolon, and Evangie Dolon.
Alpina is preceded in death by her father, Alpha Dolon; and siblings, Diopista Paul and Anthony Dolon.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Parker Mortuary in Joplin, MO. Burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Joplin, MO.
