Alex Michael Ashlin, age 18 of Stark City, Missouri, entered into rest on July 4, 2017 north of Neosho, the result of a two-vehicle accident.
Alex was born June 2, 1999 in Springfield, Missouri and was a student at East Newton High School and enjoyed working on cars.
He is survived by his father, Will Ashlin of Stark City; his mother, Tammy of Texas; paternal grandfather, Art Ashlin of Altamonte Springs, FL; maternal grandmother, Marsha Freeman of Kansas City, MO; sisters, Megan Ashlin of Stark City; Hailey Ashlin of Texas and Paiton Deckard of Stark City; step brother, David Ross of Neosho; step sister, Aeryn Ross of Springfield; uncles, David Ryan Ashlin of Springfield and Jake Smith of Kansas City and aunts; Bonnie Morris of Kansas City and Jackie of Tulsa, OK. He is preceded in death by an infant brother, Casey Ashlin in 2004 and his paternal grandmother, Linda Ashlin.
