Avery Hope Borok, precious daughter of Michael and Audrey (Martin) Borok, was born into eternity Thursday, April 27th, 2017 at Freeman West Hospital in Joplin, MO.
Avery leaves behind her parents, as well as her proud big sister, Madelyn Grace Borok; loving grandparents Bryan and Lisa Martin and Ronald and Robin Borok; amazing aunts and uncles Jessica and Josh Hurley, Erin and Andrew Mcilvaine and Adam Borok; wonderful great grandparents Linda and Jim Stone, Dottie Pickering, Shirley Holly and Eva Zirlin.
She is rejoicing and getting loved on in heaven by several family members that preceded her in death: great grandparents Larry Martin, Dale Holly, Irving and Molly Zirlin, and Leonard and Lois Borok; as well as her aunt and uncle Brent Martin and Trisha Endicott.
The celebration of her memory will be at 3:00pm on Sunday, April 30th, 2017 at Derfelt Funeral Home in Galena, KS with Pastor Brad Wieneke officiating. Those closest to Avery will be attending a private burial at Osborn Cemetery in Joplin, MO later this week.
In lieu of flowers, Michael and Audrey are asking for monetary donations to be made in Avery’s name to either “Molly Bears” or “The Afghans for Angels Project” which help support families in their times of loss.
