Bruce ‘Bud’ Norman Finn was born November 27, 1936 in Madison, WI and entered into rest on April 18, 2017 in Stella, MO at the age of 80, following an extended illness.
Bud served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He moved to the area in 1994 from WI and was a retired police officer and then had a cattle farm. He was a member of Neosho Masonic Lodge; Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Club; the Neosho Shrine Club and the Hillbillies. He served as hospital chairman of the Shriner’s Crippled Hospital for seventeen and a half year’s.
Bud is survived by his wife, Elaine Finn. Bud has been taken for cremation and private family services will be held at a later date. Contributions in memory of Bud may be made to Shriner’s Crippled Children’s Relief Fund, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.
