(From Clark Funeral Home)Gertrude “Fern” Ralston, 88, Neosho, MO passed away February 20, 2021. She was born April 23, 1932 in Bower Mill, MO to Tina (Estes) and Lonnie Haskins.
Fern worked as a press operator for Sunbeam for 28 years, retiring April 1, 1997. She loved her family, her friends, and her chocolate.
Fern is survived by three children, Debra Groseclose and husband, Richard of Lake St. Louis, MO, Tracy Van Ryn and husband, David of Neosho, MO, and Jeanne Cobaugh and husband, Jerry Jr. of Carthage, MO; one brother Charles Haskins of California; twelve grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; two sisters; and one daughter, Sandi Wiles.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Park Cemetery, Carthage, MO. Pastor Dustin Ledford will officiate. Contributions in honor of Fern may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.
