Linda Ferguson

Linda Rae Ferguson, 78, Neosho, MO entered into rest peacefully with her family by her side on February 15, 2021. Linda was born April 15, 1942 in Denison, TX to Edith (Morrison) and Walter Bush. 

Linda married Fredrick Eugene “Gene” Ferguson on December 22, 1961 in Muskogee, OK. The family moved from Muskogee to Neosho in 1963. She worked as a medical clerk at the former Sale Memorial Hospital in Neosho and at Ozark Center. 

Linda was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Neosho. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, flowers, and gardening. 

Linda is survived by her husband, Gene, of the home; her son, Aaron Ferguson and wife, Michelle of Chesterfield, MO; her daughter, Sabra Hively and husband, Russ of Neosho; one sister, Debra Marmon of Waco, TX; two nieces, Lesley Griffin and Lindsey Chesson; and three grandchildren, Zachary Ferguson, Kelsa Ferguson, and Rachel Ferguson.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2021 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO with Pastor Mike Leake officiating. Interment will follow at Neosho IOOF Cemetery, Neosho, MO. There will be a time of visitation at Clark Funeral Home on Friday beginning at 1:00 pm until service time. The casket will be closed at service time, to remain.
