Tom Knott

Thomas Wayne Knott, 64, of Monett was called to his Heavenly home on Thursday June 30, 2022 at his home in Monett surrounded by family. 

He was born in Monett on July 25, 1957; the son of the late Robert and Rose Ann (Wrobleski) Knott. He was united in marriage on October 9, 2010 in Pierce City, Missouri to Teresa “Tootie” Boman.

He was retired from EFCO in Monett and a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Pierce City, Missouri.






 

Tom enjoyed hunting season and his annual fishing trips to Stockton with the guys. However, his most precious time was spent with his wife, family, and friends, but most of all his grandkids.

Tom is survived by his wife Tootie of the home; one son: Brooke Eiskina and his wife Melissa of Pierce City; two daughters: Jessica Butts and her husband Bobby of Monett and Katie Lathem and her husband Cody of Pierce City; two sisters: Betty George and her husband Jim of Pierce City and Patsy Kruse and her husband Larry of Sarcoxie; nine grandchildren that he thought the world of: Leslie, Colton, Eli, Lily, Jonah, Micah, Greyson, Sam, and Charlie; his beloved dog: Josie and several family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Rose Ann; and two brothers: Robert Joseph and Ronnie Edward Knott.








Rosary for Tom is being held on Tuesday July 5, 2022 at 5:30p.m. at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Pierce City, Missouri with visitation to follow Rosary until 8:00p.m. Funeral Mass for Tom is being held on Wednesday July 6, 2022 at 10:00a.m. at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Pierce City, Missouri. Burial will follow Mass at the St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
