(From Daniel Funeral Home)Birdie Joan Malone, age 89, of Liberal, Missouri passed away July 14, 2022, at Truman Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Lamar, MO.
Birdie was born July 11, 1933 in LeLoup, Kansas to Theodore Briles and Carlyn (Thornton) Briles. On August 14, 1953, Birdie married Harold Edward Malone Sr. in Independence, Kansas.
Birdie worked as a caregiver for the elderly in the community.
Survivors include one sister, Viola (Douglas) Cline; 13 grandchildren and 45 great-grandchildren.
Birdie was preceded in death by her husband, three sons, one grandchild and one brother.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Shiloh Cemetery in Liberal, Missouri.
