(From Ozark Funeral Home)Bobby Dean Wells of Goodman Missouri entered into eternal rest on July 2, 2022. One of 9 children, Bobby was born August 20, 1944 to James and Mary (Andrews) Wells of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas.
Bobby married the love of his life, Anita (Boyd) in 1973.
He served in the United States Navy for 7 years where he was a crew member of the USS Mazama AE-9. Bobby spent many years working for the Kansas City Southern Railroad, Tyson Engineering, and Branco Enterprises.
He enjoyed playing the lottery and would visit with anyone for hours over coffee. Bobby was a proud dad and grandpa who loved his kids and grandkids and could light up a room when he spoke of them.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, wife Anita; sisters: Junie Wells, Ada White, and Thelma Driver; and brothers: Jimmy Wells, John Wells, Bill Wells, and Don Wells. He is survived by his children, Kenneth Wells, Roxcee McCully, and Zachary Wells; grandchildren: Cecelya and Adrian McCully, and Madisyn McCoy; and brother: Ernest Wells and wife Jaydee; many nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
A service honoring Bobby's life and legacy will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022 beginning at 10:00am at the GAR Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, Arkansas.
