(From Ozark Funeral Home)Mrs. Michelle Spears, 57 of Anderson, Missouri departed this life suddenly on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, AR.
Michelle was born January 20, 1965, in Neosho, Missouri to Jimmy Dale and Naomi (Bishop) Cooper. Michelle grew up in the Anderson area and graduated from McDonald County High School.
On December 21, 1985, in Anderson, MO she was united in marriage to Steve Spears. They had spent almost 37 years together before her passing.
She attended Hilltop Mission Church and enjoyed reading, golf, walking, shopping, and taking long baths. Her greatest pleasure in life was spending time with her many grandchildren.
Michelle was a youth group leader at Hilltop Mission Church for many years and she touched the hearts of countless young people while working there.
Michelle was preceded in death by a daughter Jennifer on September 11, 1989.
Michelle is survived by her husband Steve Spears of the home, a son Jeremy Barr of Rogers, AR, two daughters; Brittany Sherman and husband Bryon of Pineville, MO and Jill Clark of Anderson, MO, her parents; Jimmy Dale and Naomi Cooper, a brother; Shawn Cooper and wife Mendi of Anderson, twelve Grandchildren as well as a host of other family and friends.
