Christy S. Lord, 84, passed away April 22 at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center in Tucson, following a severe stroke. A longtime resident of Sierra Vista, AZ, Christy was born April 15, 1940 in Lamar, MO, the daughter of Charles and Emmabelle Rogers,
She leaves three children, Patricia Zerbe, Jennifer Penix (Gary), and C. Steve Rawls, as well as grandchildren Richard Zerbe (Jodi), Christy Valentine, and Alex Rawls, and a great-grandson, Luke Zerbe. She is also survived by two brothers, Martin Rogers (Jill) and Dr. Jerry Rogers, and many beloved friends.
