(From Midland Cremation Society)Donald Martin Studebaker Sr, known to most as Don, passed away on April 25, 2024, in Joplin, Missouri at the age of 60.
Donald was born November 24, 1963 in Grand Rapids Michigan, son of John and Corrine Studebaker, the youngest of seven children.
Donald spent most of his days looking after his chickens, or working on his carpentry projects that he loved to do. He was a very loved and looked up to man by all those who knew him. From those who would call him brother, dad, uncle, papa, or most importantly - friend.
Donald is survived by his lifelong partner - Amy Phillips; 4 siblings- John Studebaker Jr, Jim Studebaker, Sue Balcom, and Connie Connor; 4 children - Donald Jr, Scott, Amie, and Nathan, all carrying the Studebaker name; and 5 grandchildren - Matthew, Ariel, Lilibeth, Magnolia, and Brooklyn; as well as a very large family of nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
Although he has moved on from this earth, his spirit will live on in everyone that knew him. May he rest in peace knowing that he will be deeply loved and missed by all of his loved ones, and never forgotten as the amazing person he was.
As per his wishes, there is currently no service or memorial planned.
