(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Paul J. Fickbohm, age 54 of Miami, OK., passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
Paul was born on November 27, 1969, in Joplin, MO., the son of the late Marion (Pogue) Woods. He has been a lifetime area resident, Paul worked as a driver and CDL Trainer for Cards Recycling. Paul was a member of the First Christian Church in Miami. He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt and go camping, especially when he got to do it with his friends and family. Paul had a huge heart and shared love with everyone he met, especially his wife and his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marion, a son; Justin Fickbohm, and a brother, George Woods.
Paul married Amanda Duncan on April 11, 2020, she survives. Additional survivors include two sons; John Fickbohm of Farmington, MO., Nathan Fickbohm of Miami, OK., a daughter; Ashlie Beckner of Miami, two step-children; Xander Williams of Jefferson City, MO., Laura Williams of Joplin, two sisters; Patricia Sparlin and Lynda Kincheloe, and a brother; Michael Woods of North Pole, AK.
The family will receive friends during a time of visitation on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Mason-Woodard Chapel.
