(From Clark Funeral Home)Linda Louise Graves, age 76, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025. She was born on December 9, 1948, in Springfield, Missouri, to Leonard Edward and Ruth (Eubanks) Pollock.
A dedicated educator, Linda spent 25 years teaching elementary students at East Newton Schools, touching the lives of countless students with her compassion, wisdom, and steadfast commitment to learning. Her life was marked by faith, service, and love — qualities that shone through in every role she held.
On May 12, 1988, Linda married Nathan Graves at Hottel Springs Church of Christ. Together, they served faithfully at Central Christian Center in Joplin, Missouri, where Linda was a devoted member and served as a deacon alongside her husband.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, Nathan Graves, and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Pollock and Terry Pollock.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Ruth Pollock, and her brothers, Bob Pollock and Ron Pollock.
A visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Neosho, Missouri. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. A graveside service at Diamond Cemetery will be held immediately after the funeral.

Linda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was my teacher, my favorite teacher. When I lost my biological dad she open her arms her heart she hugged me while I cried she showed me she was there to teach but she cared about all her/the students we weren't just a paycheck to her we as and what we went threw effected her just as it did us ❤️
