Shirley Jean Vilandre, passed unexpectedly at her Neosho home on December 13, 2018 at the age of 75 years, three months, and fourteen days. Shirley was born August 29, 1943 in Newton County, MO to Elbert Franklin and Alma Alice (Taylor) Roller. She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of the area. Shirley was a member of VFW 4142. She married Raymond E. Vilandre and he preceded her in death on April 27, 1998.
Shirley is survived by two sons: Bill Harris and wife, Susan and Bobby Harris and wife, Joleta, all of Neosho; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; one sister, Esther Haynes of Wheaton, MO; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Shirley was preceded in death by one daughter, Jeanette Harris, her parents, and one brother, Bill Roller.
Private graveside services are planned.
