Bill Lee Hulsey, 96, Neosho, went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 10, 2015 at his home in Neosho.
Bill was born August 28, 1919 in Carterville, one of five children to Curtis Lee and Katherine (Watkins) Hulsey. He was a lifelong area resident and had worked as a refrigeration engineer at Haas Cold Storage and owned and operated a poultry farm. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He was a member of Northside Baptist Church, where he was a former deacon and had been active in the church and built his life around the church and serving the Lord.
Bill married Loydine Jeffers on April 29, 1939 in Neosho and they shared 76 years together. In addition to his wife, Loydine, he is survived by two children, Bill Hulsey and wife, Karen of Neosho and Ruth Ann Campbell and husband, Bill of Neosho; daughter in law, Barbara Hulsey of Neosho; one sister, Irma Hulsey of Neosho; sister in law, Lenna Hulsey of Neosho; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Roger Hulsey; daughter in law, Carolyn Hulsey; one sister, Georgia Ann Hulsey and two brothers, Jack Hulsey and Bob Hulsey.
Memorial services for Bill will be held at a later date at the Northside Baptist Church, Neosho
