Patricia D. Martin 60, of Springdale, AR passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2015 in her home.
Patricia was born September 19, 1955 in Tahlequah, OK to the late Melvin Dean Hall and Frankie (Warren) Drake. She had lived in the McDonald County area since 1971. She was a graduate of McDonald County High and also attended North Eastern State graduating in 1977.
She later married Jerry Martin on November 4, 1996 in Miami, Oklahoma. She worked for the USDA for many years. She enjoyed going to Casinos, Crocheting and word search puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry and a sister Linda Smith.
Patricia is survived by a daughter; Lindsey Martin of Tulsa, OK, a son; Anthony Hall and wife Racine of Springdale, AR, four sisters; Mindy O’Brien and husband Jason of Pineville, MO, Debbie Smith and husband, Mike, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Doris Smith of Colcord, Oklahoma, Melvia Hall of Porum, Oklahoma, a brother; Buddy Hall and wife, Pala, of Rose, Oklahoma, a niece Lisa Forcum and husband Davy, her step father; Kenny Drake of Lanagan, MO and two great nieces; Skylynnda and Jaymalynn Forcum as well as a host of other family and friends.
Visitation for Patricia Martin will be Sunday October 18th, 2015 from 1 until 4 p.m. in the Ozark Funeral Home in Southwest City, MO.
