Arthur F. Welch, age 94, passed away Saturday, April 01, 2017 at 3:15 AM at Wildwood Ranch in Joplin.
Arthur was born October 20, 1922 to David Welch and Edna Unhru Welch in Purcell, MO and was the youngest of six children. He had worked at Eagle Picher in Joplin.
Arthur married Bonnie Clark November 16, 1996 in Duenweg, MO, and she survives. Additional survivors include nephews, Gene Welch, Wayne Welch, Roy Lee Welch, and Cecil Welch; niece, Treva Gibson and other numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers James, Charles, Lloyd and George; and sister Lenora.
Graveside Services for Arthur will be 11:00 AM Monday at Friends Cemetery in Purcell with his nephew, Gene Welch officiating. Please visit www.simpsonfh.com for online condolences. Arrangements are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City.
