Louvene Rabourn

Louvene E. Webb Rabourn, age 95, formerly of Butler, Missouri passed away at 6:05 a.m. Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Houston House Nursing Center in Houston, Missouri.

Louvene was born September 28, 1923 in McDonald County, Missouri to the late Charley M. Webb and Margaret Elton Hooper Webb. She was a graduate of Pineville High School and lived in McDonald County until 1940, when she moved to Bates County.

Louvene worked in nursing as a chart nurse and was a lens inspector at Myers Optical in Butler, Missouri for 12 years. She was a member of Creston Hill Lodge, Order of Eastern Star in Adrian, Missouri and the Baptist Church in Butler. Louvene enjoyed dancing, playing cards and served as the 4-H seamstress instructor for several years. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She married Lloyd Rabourn in 1943. To this union 2 daughters were born, Connie & Rae Ann.



Survivors include two daughters, Connie Hoffman and husband, Larry, Joplin, Rae Ann Stewart and husband, Jim, Summersville, Missouri; grandchildren, Lisha McRae and husband, Adam, Gill Hockett, Jerry Hoffman and wife, Kathy, Travis Perry, Charles Klubek and wife, Melissa; great grandchildren, Ryan, Lauren, Chaz, Shelby, Seth, Walker, Noah, Shiloh, Morgan; two great great grandchildren, Azalea and Eve; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Louvene was preceded in death by a sister, Christine Barlow; two brothers, Arvin H. Webb and Calvin L. Webb.

Graveside services are planned for Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. at Tracey Cemetery, Anderson. Rev. Jeff Martin will officiate.

Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
