Robin VanDorn

Robin Kay VanDorn, 51, a lifelong Neosho area resident, passed away January 23, 2019.

Robin was born in Stella, MO on May 27, 1967 to Raymond Ira and Edith Kay (Massey) Ward. She was a 1985 graduate of East Newton High School, a graduate of Neosho Beauty College, an FFA Booster Club member, and a member of Faith Baptist Church of Neosho. 

 Robin was a homemaker, beautician, and co-owner of VanDorn Construction. She loved cooking and working in the yard. 




Robin married Junior VanDorn in Granby, MO on November 28, 1986; he survives. Additional survivors include her mother, Edith Kay Ward of Granby, three children: Marcus VanDorn & wife, Lacy, Nate VanDorn and wife, Maddie, and Madison Kate VanDorn, all of Neosho; seven grandchildren: Lily, Sawyer, Marcy, and Kenton VanDorn, Steven Kapp, Shawn Morlan, and Sarah Enlow; one brother, Raymond Lee Ward and wife, Christina of Granby; two sisters: Becky McDonald and husband, Randy of Granby and Brenda Rowe of Kimberling City, MO. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond and her son, Justin.

Graveside services will be 10 am, Saturday, January 26 at Oakwood Cemetery, Neosho; Frank Ward will officiate. Visitation will be 6 – 7:30 pm, Friday, January 25 at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
