(From Parker Mortuary)Judith Diane Hencey, age 76, Carl Junction, passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at Mercy of Joplin after a sudden illness.
Judy was born June 28, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of the late Antoine and Marie Marn.
She grew up in Mulberry, Kansas, and worked hard growing up on her family farm in Kansas. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed taking care of her family.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Hancey, who passed away on March 17, 2002; a son, Jacky Hencey; brothers, Tommy Marn, Bobby Marn, and Johnny Marn.
Survivors include her daughters, Sherry Price and husband Dennis of Kansas City, Missouri, Tina Hencey and Mary Harbaugh both of Carl Junction, Terry Kime of Diamond; son, William "Bo" Hencey of Carl Junction; grandchildren, Judy Kime, Jesse Kime, John Kime, Breonna Harbaugh and Cameron Price; great-grandchildren, Kylee Smith, Kayle Smith, and Andrew Smith; sisters, Marlene Beasley and Diane Pope; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
No formal services are planned at this time.
