Mike Crady

Michael A. Crady, 64, of Pioneer, MO, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at his home after a short illness.

Mike was born on July 23, 1959 in Belleville, IL, son of the late August W. and Esther Irene (Hale) Crady. Grandson of the late Author and Mandy (Wilson) Hale.

Mike graduated from Pierce City High School and worked as a machinist and construction industry most of his working career. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged. He enjoyed woodworking, fixing old and new clocks, making knife handles, and hunting for arrowheads.

Mike is survived by one brother, August Dean Crady and wife Lynnette of Springfield, MO; two sisters, Virginia Alvis of Wentworth, MO and Bonita Shrader and husband Bill of Jasper, MO; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

Mike is preceded in death by his Grandparents, parents, and two brothers, August W. Crady of Illinois and Clarence Crady of Wentworth, MO.

A private family service will be at the Dixon Cemetery, Dixon, MO at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett, MO
