(From Clark Funeral Home)Don Bob Ball, 84 of Monark Springs, Missouri, passed away at home, following a long illness on January 27, 2021. He was born on February 23, 1936 to Truman and LouElla Ball and they preceded him in death as well as a brother, David and son-in-law, Michael Brock.
Don is survived by his second wife, Ann, whom he married on April 2, 2001; a sister, Berniece Anderson and brother, Pat Ball (Eileen). Also surviving are his daughters, Lou Ann (Hal) Brown, Beth Brock, Cathy (Ron) Brown; sons, Jeff (Greg) Ball and Wes (Lynn) Ball; stepdaughter, Deon (Charlie) Letts and stepson, Glen (Marilyn) Helwig, as well as 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and countless nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Don Bob was a certified machinist and worked at Rocketdyne, transitioning to Teledyne where he retired at age 55 after 30 years. He worked the rest of his life doing what he loved.
He operated his bulldozer and backhoe and enjoyed quail hunting and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
