(From Parker Mortuary) Robert Virgil “Robbie” Beckman, age 57, Galena, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Pittsburg Health and Rehabilitation after a short illness.
Robbie was born November 3, 1963 in Joplin, son of the late Fred G. Beckman and Margie K. (Miller) Beckman.
He grew up in Joplin and graduated from Parkwood High School. He worked his entire life in home construction as an independent contractor.
He enjoyed being with family, especially watching Dale Earnhardt on NASCAR.
Survivors include his children, Robyn Ward (Cody), and Bo Budd (Araceli) all of Joplin; grandchildren, Chloe Ward, Jaxon Ward, and Oliver Budd; sister, Teri Arthur (Ron) of Joplin,
No formal services are planned at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
