Larry Renfro

Larry Ernest Renfro, 72, Neosho, died February 6, 2016 at his home in Neosho, following a one year illness. 

Larry was born April 22, 1943 in Neosho, the son of O.V. and Marguerite (Hoover) Renfro. He was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Neosho High School in 1961. He was a self employed truck driver for over 30 years and then owned and operated G and R Tire until retirement. He enjoyed fishing and hog hunting. 

Larry married Paula (Johnson) on Sept. 8, 1962 in Joplin and she survives of the home. Also surviving are two daughters, Michele Renfro and Tammy Owens and husband, Butch all of Neosho; three grandchildren, Ian Liss, Zach Liss and Max Owens; one great granddaughter, Bailey Drake; one sister, Judy Beam and husband, Eddie of Tulsa, OK and sister in law, Debby Oliver of Diamond and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Meghan Drake. 

Memorial services will be Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 at 1 pm at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Following the memorial service, the family will receive friends until 2:30 at the funeral home.
