Presley Ruch

Presley Nicole Ruch, age 15 of Joplin, passed away at 7:35 a.m. on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Freeman West Hospital.

Born September 4, 2000 in Independence, KS, she had lived in Joplin since 2009, moving from Independence. A Freshman at Joplin High School, she was previously active in cheerleading, art and volleyball.

Survivors include her mother, Cammy Ruch of the home; her father, Lynn Ruch of Skiatook, OK; two sisters, Camden Blaes and Sheridan Ruch, both of the home; maternal grandparents, Don and Gayle Lank of Coffeyville, KS; paternal grandparents, Greg and Joyce Ruch of Edmond, OK; her paternal aunt, Christine Davis and husband Billy of Edmond; her cousin, Amanda Jameson and her children, Haley Wietlman, Brianna Wietlman, Billie Berry and Steven Jameson; her maternal uncle, Alan Lank of Coffeyville; her maternal aunt, Deana Reiner of Coffeyville and her children, Matt, Jacob and Emlie.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church with Rev. Gary Brooks officiating. Cremation will follow. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Parker Mortuary. Memorial contributions may be made to Golden Paw Animal Rescue, where she was a frequent volunteer, in care of the mortuary.

  5. she was a really good friend to me and all her friends i miss her so much ,life is not the same with out her,i missed the laughs we had together,she had a smile that can light a room up

  7. It makes me sad to see someone so young and looks so happy go so soon. I know you guys are very sad about your loss I'm sorry your going through this hard time. I really hope you remember her by her laughter and smiles and good times you dhad together. I know no matter how many sorry you get it still hurts but she is in he van and right by your side at all times. Again I'm very sorry this happened. I hope she has a very beautiful and peaceful ceremony .
