Clifford McCoy, 87 of Neosho passed away at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, MO. April 28, 2015. He was born March 12, 1928 in Avant, OK. Mr. McCoy was a testing engineer in the oil industry. No services are planned at this time.
Cremation services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home.
