Phyllis Dean Spry, 82, Webb City, MO, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the National Healthcare Center, Joplin. Phyllis Dean Spry was born December 8, 1932 in Carthage; a daughter of the late Charles Spry and Juanita (Wright) Spry. She attended Carthage Public Schools, was a homemaker and a member of the Christ Church of Perseverance, Joplin.
Survivors include two sisters; Evelyn Johnson, Joplin, and Wanda Lawrence, Carthage; a brother Van (Joy Lee) Spry, Odon, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 7 at Knell Mortuary, Carthage. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, April 8 in Oak Hill Cemetery.
