Leonard L. “Lenny” White, 59, of Carthage passed away at his residence Friday, April 24, 2015. He was born October 24, 1955 in Joplin, MO. Lenny was the son of Leonard White, Sr. and Mary Markley White. He was a lifetime resident of the Carthage area and graduated with the Class of 1973 from Webb City. Lenny was employed by Paul Mueller for over 30 years. Upon retirement, Lenny worked at the Grand Tetons National Park for 2 summers. Lenny was united in marriage to Susan Jones on June 28, 1998 in Carthage. She survives

Other survivors include one son, Levi White of Springfield, one daughter Winter Taylor and husband Jason of Waco, TX, two sisters; Linda Poe of Hot Springs Village, AR and Brenda White of Webb City, MO, one granddaughter, Gracie Taylor, 2 Uncles, 8 Cousins and numerous nieces and nephews.

The body has been taken for cremation. Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society in care of the Ulmer Funeral Home.
