Robert Leon Hedworth, of Charlotte NC passed away Friday, January 9, 2015.
He was born in Webb City, MO. He served in the US Navy. Bob graduated for the University of Oklahoma and worked as a professional chemical engineer in several states. Bob enjoyed golfing and playing bridge at the Raintree Country Club.
He is preceded in death by his son Terry Hedworth. Bob is survived by his wife of 45 years, Diana; his sons Robert and wife Angela of Illinois, and Tom of New York; his daughter Nancy Glover and husband Don of Arkansas. Bob is also survived by his grandchildren.
Graveside rites will be at 10 AM Monday, May 4, 2015 at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Webb City with full military rites by the US Navy.
Memorial may be made to the Assistance League of Charlotte.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Simpson Funeral Home of Webb City, Missouri
