Carol Marie Maxwell age 72, of Webb City passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at her residence.
She was born on July 31, 1942 in Carthage, Missouri to Elza Hodge and Nola (Denny) Hodge. Carol worked as a travel agent for many years, loved her dogs, her church, and spending time with her family.
She married John C. Maxwell and he preceded her in death on October 4, 2008. She is survived by her sons, Kevin Walker of Webb City; Douglas Walker of Webb City; Step-Son, Carl Maxwell and wife Antoinette of Arizona; daughters, Staci Long and husband David of Purcell, Traci Watson and husband Kevin of Webb City; 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; and one sister, Norma Fern Anderson of Columbia, MO.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Webb City Cemetery.
