Ellen Sandy age 72 of Carthage, MO passed away June 30, 2015 at her home.
She was born March 5, 1943 in Evanston, Illinois to Charles and Grace (Mueller) Mazzali. Ellen worked as a C.N.A. for McCune-Brooks Hospital. She was a member of the Church Of The Nazarene Carthage, MO. and a former member of the Carthage order of the Eastern Star.
Ellen was united in marriage to Carl Sandy on October 14,1961 in Evanston, Illinois. He preceded her in death on October 15, 2006. Other survivors include one son, Will Sandy (Denise) of Carthage , MO.. Two daughters, Lois Beisley and Grace Sandy both of Carthage, MO.. One sister, Sharon Cornier (Frank)of Berkley, Illinois. Grandchildren, Cryssi Ogle (Travis), Phoenix and Leyli. Caitie Sandy and Jordan Sandy.
Memorial services will be held at 4:30 p.m., Monday, July 6, 2015 at Weng Funeral Chapel, Jasper, MO.. Burial will be in Fasken Cemetery.
