Doyle W. Owen, 74, Neosho, entered into rest January 28, 2019. He was born July 4, 1944 in Rogers, AR to Noel and Irene (Boley) Owen.
Doyle served in the National Guard. His family was especially important to him but he also loved to fish and spend time with his friends. Doyle was a member of the Sweetwater Baptist Church.
Doyle married Barbara Brady on April 17, 1965 in Neosho and she survives. He is also survived by one son, Wayne Owen and wife Debbie, Rogers, AR; two daughters, Toni Evey and husband, Sank, Neosho and Carmen Anderson and husband, Kelly, Shell Knob; two brothers, Sam Owen, Rogers, AR and Bernie Owen, Wichita, KS; two sisters, Donna Hughes, Rogers, AR and Debra Hancock, Neosho; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Doyle was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry.
A time of visitation will be observed from 5:00 until 6:30 on Friday, February 1 at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 2 at 10:00 am at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho with Brother Tom Casady II and Gary Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Neosho IOOF Cemetery.
