(From Parker Mortuary)Christina Michelle Farino, age 41, Joplin, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at her home after a sudden illness.
Christina was born December 17, 1979 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. She grew up in Joplin and Temple, Texas. She graduated from Temple High School in 1996 and attended Missouri Southern State University.
She was always a joy to be around, and loved listening to music, horses, and doing her “arting”. She was known to be very crafty and enjoyed making things for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by many.
Survivors include her parents, Amy and Greg Smith of Joplin; children, Mikayla Ann Farino of Joplin, Joshua Wade Parrish, Robert “Trae” Monroe Parrish, III. and fiance’ Paige Walker and their daughter, Aubree Skye Parrish, and Alexis Danielle Parrish all of Bonham, Texas; brothers, Colton Lee Smith and wife Celia, Gary William “Rocky” Farino all of Joplin; husband, Christopher Hall of Joplin; grandparents, Vicki Barnett of Abilene, Texas, Floyd and Mary Ann Smith of Orlando, Florida, and Georgia Smith of Joplin; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary.
