We sadly announce the passing of William "Billy" Ray Busse, aged 46, whose zest for life and contagious spirit will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. 

Born on October 18, 1978, in Joplin, MO, Billy was a compassionate son, a dedicated husband, and a witty mechanic, who befriended everyone that walked into his shop. A loving soul who always put his family first.

Billy was an adventurous spirit, often seen with a fishing rod in one hand and camping gear in the other. He lived every day as if it were a grand adventure, cherishing the beauty of the great outdoors. His dedication to his craft was unmatched, with a decade-long service as a mechanic. Billy's vibrant personality, humor, and unparalleled wit brought joy to all who knew him.

Billy is survived by his loving wife, Scarlett Busse, with whom he shared a beautiful journey of 26 years; Father Billy Busse; sons, Jake (Mickelle) Hubler, Jon Hubler, Joe Hubler and Kalab Busse; 5 grandkids and one on the way. He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Butler. Each of them played an integral role in his life, contributing to the extraordinary man he became. We remember Billy not with sadness, but with admiration and a smile, as we recall his words.
