(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Debbie Coggin, 61, of Joplin, Missouri, formerly of Higginsville, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at her residence after a short illness.
Debbie was born on March 24, 1964, in Higginsville, Missouri.
She had resided in Joplin since 2000 moving from Higginsville.
She worked at the Red Racks Thrift store located at 32nd and Range Line in Joplin.
She enjoyed antiquing and traveling.
She married Jeff Coggin on December 27, 1985, in Warrensburg, Missouri and he survives.
Other survivors include one son; Philip (Leslea) Coggin of Olathe, Kansas, her father; Larry Jackson; of Higginsville, Missouri, one sister; Robin Howe of Concordia, Missouri, two grandchildren; Cassandra Coggin and Curtis Coggin.
She was preceded in death by one daughter; Casey Marie Coggin, her mother; Janice Tracy Jackson.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
