(From Midland Cremation Society)Ronald Wayne Price, age 76 passed from this life on 4/15/2025 at Freeman Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Ron was born August 31st, 1948 to William and Lucy Price in Kansas City, Ron lived in the Joplin area most of his life. He attended and graduated from Seneca High School. After graduating, Ron joined the Navy serving several years stationed on the USS Ranger CVA 61, serving in Vietnam.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents and lifelong partner Nancy Lang.
Ron is survived by his son John David (Niki), one brother Don (Denise), three sisters Nina Raney (Mike), Linda Colburn (Jerry), Janis Echard (Mike), and eleven nieces and nephews.
Gone too soon, your light remains,
a whisper soft in gentle rains,
though time may pass and seasons flee,
your memory stays close to me,
a brother's love, forever near, in quiet thought, you still appear.
Though life must move, and I must go,
I carry you with me in every soul.
