(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Kathy Ann West of Quapaw, OK passed from this life Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Miami Nursing Center in Miami, OK. She was 71.
Kathy was born March 5, 1954 in Wyandotte, KS, the daughter of Eugene Charles and Evelyn (Meyersick) Edris. She had lived in Quapaw for the past 3 years, moving from Marion, KS.
Kathy was a restaurant manager for Country Kitchen in Osage Beach, MO and for Bob Evans in Camdenton, MO and Joplin, MO. She had attended the Assemblies of God Church in Camdenton, MO.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert West, 1 son, Jeremy West and her parents, Eugene Charles Edris and Evelyn Edris Hellmans.
Kathy is survived by 1 daughter, Melissa Scott and her husband Greg of Quapaw, OK, 2 sons, Aaron West and his wife Kristie of Pea Ridge, AR and Joshua West and his wife Kelly of Wichita, KS, 1 brother, Don Edris and his wife Teresa of Lake of the Ozarks, MO, 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
