Perry Baublitz

Perry Crone Baublitz, 84, of Aurora, Missouri passed away on Saturday August 16, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri from health complications.

Perry was born on November 12, 1940, on the Island of Hawaii (the Big Island) to the union of Leonard and Francis Baublitz. He was a graduate of Dover High School in Dover, Pennsylvania and later attended Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri with his focus on Bible study. Perry had a love for playing the ukulele, artwork and his career passion for preaching. Perry married Sharon Ruth Baublitz of Nebraska and together they had two sons, Bradley Kent Baublitz and Brenton Baublitz. After several years of marriage, Sharon passed away. Later Perry married Betty Jean of Carthage, Missouri. He and Betty never had children together, but Betty had two sons, Ron and Brent Basting, which Perry thought of as his own.








Perry is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Baublitz; sons, Brad Baublitz and wife, Chimene of Springfield and Brent Baublitz and wife, Cristina of Overland, Park, Kansas; grandchildren, Jedediah Baublitz and wife, Katie, of Sarcoxie, Stetson Baublitz, of Agusta, Georgia and Kaylee Johnson, of Monett, Amanda Baublitz, Rosie Baublitz and Jeremiah Baublitz; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Gary Baublitz and wife, Betty, Ron Baublitz and wife Barbara of Spokane Valley, Washington and Kehlani Born and husband, Ron of Montana.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sharon Baublitz; brothers Leon Baublitz and Sylvester Baublitz; and daughter-in-law, Karla Baublitz.








Graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Avilla Cemetery, Avilla, Missouri. After the service lunch will be served at the home of his grandson in Sarcoxie. Online condolences may be sent to the family through of website www.housh-goodwinfuneralhome.com.
