(From Buchanan Funeral Home)Marisela Morales Madrigal, 53, of Verona, MO, passed from this life on Sunday afternoon, September 6, 2026 while at Cox Monett Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Marisela was born on March 26, 1973 in Acambaro, Gto, Mexico, daughter of Pablo Morales and Marisela Madrigal Rodriguez. Marisela was a Christian and a homemaker. She loved to bake cookies and cakes and was a beautiful singer. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
On February 3, 1990, Marisela married Juan Luis Jimenez in Acambaro. They have been blessed with over thirty-six years together.
Additionally, Marisela is survived by her son, Luis A Jimenez and wife Berenice; her daughters, Maria Jimenez and husband Juan Garcia and Dulce Jimenez; her grandchildren, Athena Jimenez, Adrian Garcia and Nayeli Garcia; her mother, Marisela Madrigal; and her three brothers and three sisters.
Marisela was preceded in death by her father, Pablo Morales and her sister, Gabriela Herrera.
No formal services are planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett, MO.
